Glamorous and yet subtle, rich and yet sophisticated: the mineral gold hue adds a special warm glow to this piece of design, enhancing its eye-catching visual impact.
The aluminum side of the lamp’s stem – that mirrors our handlebar-shaped logo – is hand-painted with the same matte gold shade.
Inside the shell, a LED string casts a dimmable neutral light in the room highlighting the beauty of the bicycle. The lamp is provided with a touch sensor switch: you tap on it to switch it on and off, while you can dimmer its luminosity by pressing the sensor with your finger.
When the floor lamp is switched on, a luminous blue dot points out the sensor.
The hand-painted dome-shaped base has a recess in the center, designed to fit all kinds of wheels (track, MTB up to fat bikes).
A globe-shaped hood seals the joint of the stem, underlining the curvilinear design of the lamp.
The base, made of rigid polyurethane, rests on a swiveling metal apparatus that allows you to direct the cone of light according to your needs. And it makes it easier to park the bike: you swivel it to insert the back wheel into the base, then you orientate it to the desired position.
When you use VERTIK Gold edition for the first time, you set the height for the provided nabuk-covered metal pin: it can support the fork or block it from above, you decide which is easier for you. Once the back wheel is placed in the base recess, you lift the bike upright and screw the pin in the suitable threaded hole, once for all.
Before screwing the pin in the threaded hole, you tuck it in the precious nabuk fork strap, provided with a row of black automatic buttons. You just wrap the strap around the fork and close the button. Thanks to its adjustable length, it securely blocks all kinds of bicycles.
VERTIK Gold edition doesn’t need assembly: once it’s delivered, it’s ready to be switched on.
