PURCHASE CONDITIONS
All prices are VAT included. We ship to customers all over the world and each country has different rules and regulations. Within Europe we are obliged to charge 22% tax on products. This will be shown when you place your order and broken down accordingly. Please be aware that for deliveries outside the EU, you may have to pay import fees on arrival. DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time depends on the product and on our stock: it varies from 15 days to 8 weeks, as it is specified on each product page, but we’ll always try to make it faster; if so, you’ll be advised by an email after the purchase.
The shipping fee depends on the country where the purchase is made and it’s specified on each product page.
PAYMENTS & SECURITY
Online orders can be paid through the CartaSì-Xpay network, that is Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.
RETURNS
All returns are accepted within 15 days. Returned items can be exchanged for store credit or refunded for the original purchase price. Items must be in unused condition. If you want to return a product or you received a damaged product, please email us at: [email protected].
